War Horse Puppet

I haven't seen War Horse but I'm tempted to after watching this. Seeing three people working in perfect harmony to create a totally believable horse is pretty impressive. Beats CGI any day of the week.

Shot at regular speed it looks like a flash of light. Shot at 7207 frames per second you can see what's really going on. The branching of the bolt as it searches for somewhere to discharge itself.

This kid tries to join the on-field celebration before getting yanked off by his dad. Now his dad is probably going to ground him: 'You can't leave your wheelchair for two weeks!'

There are a lot of celebrities on twitter and some people feel very comfortable using twitter to insult those celebrities. From time to time, we gather those insults and package them together to illustrate the fact that words can hurt.

So just what would you do if a couple started kissing and walked into you? I think I'd go all out and either kill them or start trying to get some action too. Flip the prank round onto them.

This guy has obviously put in many hours of practice on the popular video game Log Delivery Truck Simulator 2011. He drives that thing like a regular log delivery truck ninja. Whatever one of those is.

Not sure what this pilot was aiming for but it wasn't a runway. Fortunately, this pilot not only survived the crash but walked away with only minor injuries.

Meet Smoukahontas, she can speak absolutely no languages, but that hasn’t stopped her doing a pretty accurate representation of what different languages sound like to a foreign ear. I.e. Utter gibberish.

The Brits play cricket, occasionally rounders when they’re down the park. But they don’t play baseball, which makes them the perfect people to wind up the Americans with a terrible (brilliant) commentary.

Time for some popping, some locking, some sliding, some gliding, some full body waves and of course the all important slow motion thing. They’re all pretty damn awesome at what they do but I reckon the guy in blue is the best.
